Services

OneLDAP

OneLDAP is a limited LDAP server that is a proxy to other common protocols, such as POP3 and IMAP. It provides basic SEARCH and BIND functions for standard LDAP authentication. It is based on the shell backend function of OpenLDAP.

Point your LDAP aware application (with SSL) to:

  • ldap.nabber.org

Also, consult the User Manual and Development Guide.

NTP

NTP stands for Network Time Protocol. This is an open protocol designed for computers to synchronize clocks over a network. Windows XP has built in support for this, just double click the clock, click the Internet Time tab, and set the server to:

ntp.nabber.org

This is a stratum 2 server that gets its time information from the following stratum 1 sources with high accuracy and low delay:

  • ntp.ucsd.edu
  • nist1.symmetricom.com
  • clock.sjc.he.net
  • timekeeper.isi.edu
