OpenLDAP Fix for RedHat 9.0

I was having problems using PHP LDAP with TLS on RedHat 9.0. I came to find out that this is actually documented as bug 85728. A patch was posted here for the OpenLDAP code. I decided to take that fix for the source code and create an RPM so that this can be easily fixed by installing a new updated RPM on the system.

Original Fix Instructions (.txt)

openldap-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.src.rpm

openldap-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.i386.rpm
openldap-clients-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.i386.rpm
openldap-debuginfo-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.i386.rpm
openldap-devel-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.i386.rpm
openldap-servers-2.0.27-8-tlsfix.i386.rpm
